McCormack’s 4WD is a respected and trusted family business that has been committed to quality and excellence for over 60 years in Brisbane’s North.
Frank McCormack from Deagon, nicknamed the ‘founder’, started the business back in August 1957. He worked hard at the business in the local area and built a loyal following by growing the business over the next thirty years. His son Peter then started his apprenticeship and whilst at the helm in 1992 moved the business to where it is today in Rainbow Street, Sandgate. Years later in 1998, Peter’s son Bodie started his tenure in the business as an apprentice mechanic, and with Glen ‘Gleno’ Hadden down the road with his business AMMS, a solid relationship had formed. In 2014 Bodie had taken over the business completely and grown it further with an even larger loyal following to where it is today.
McCormack’s 4WD prides itself on quality customer service, quality repairs at an affordable price. Their mechanical and panel workshops are state of the art with the latest technology. They are also are green friendly workshop which means the environment and the health of all staff is paramount. All repairs to all vehicles are also backed with their personal warranty and guarantee.
